The TurboSync Agent App is the essential desktop companion that enables your Canva designs to be seamlessly loaded and integrated into ProPresenter presentations.

1. Choose Your Download

Not sure which version to choose? It’s easy to check.

  1. Click the Apple menu  in the top-left corner of your screen.
  2. Select About This Mac.
  3. In the window that appears, look for “Chip“.
    • If it says Apple M1, M2, etc., download the Apple Silicon version.
    • If it says Intel, download the Intel version.

Installation Instructions

2. Install and Run the Agent

Installing the Desktop Agent is simple. Please follow these steps carefully.

  1. Open the DMG file: Locate the downloaded .dmg file (usually in your Downloads folder) and double-click to open it.
  2. Install the App: A new window will appear. Drag the TurboSync Pro Agent icon into the Applications folder alias.
  3. Eject the Disk Image: You can now close that window and eject the “TurboSync Pro” installer from your Finder sidebar or Desktop.
  4. First Launch:
    • Open your Applications folder and find the TurboSync Pro application.
    • Click on the app icon.
  5. Ready to Go: The Desktop Agent will now start.

A Note on Security: Our application is code-signed with an official Apple Developer certificate. This process ensures the application you’re running is genuine and has not been tampered with. The agent app runs entirely on your local machine to receive your Canva design files and manages the loading of those files into ProPresenter.


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do I need to keep the Desktop Agent running?
Yes. For the integration to work, the agent must be running in the background on your ProPresenter machine. It’s lightweight and uses minimal resources. We recommend setting it to launch on startup.

Is the Desktop Agent secure?
Absolutely! The agent is code-signed and notarized by Apple. It only communicates with our verified services to receive instructions you initiate from Canva. All asset downloads are performed over secure HTTPS connections.
